RETURN CONDITIONS & APPLICATION

These “Return Conditions” of MegaGen Benelux B.V. (“MegaGen” or “we”/“us”) describes the conditions under which it is possible to return a product that you have purchased from us (“Product”) for credit or to exchange for another product from us. These Return Conditions are valid with effect from 1 December 2022. The possibility to return and exchange is always a favor of MegaGen. You can never request compliance if MegaGen, for whatever reason, does not grant you that favor, even if you meet the conditions. ‘Non-stock’ items are excluded from these return conditions. Our E-catalogue gives you insight into whether a product is a non-stock item.

If one of our products does not meet your expectations, we would appreciate it very much if you contact us. The cooperation and communication with you is essential for us. Your user experiences allow us to continue to ensure and improve the quality of our products.

We ask you to pay special attention to the fact that you provide all data completely in your request and that you anonymize the patient data.

Given the value, we always recommend to send items by mail registered/ insured.

Returns and exchanges

The possibility to return or exchange mentioned in these Return Conditions is limited to the following options and under conditions to be mentioned:

* Exchange Terms and Conditions

  • You wish to exchange the Product received for another product from our catalogue;
  • The Product to be exchanged has been received by us:
    • within 6 months after this has been delivered by us;
    • in the original unopened and undamaged packaging;
    • accompanied by a copy of the delivery note;
  • A Product purchased in a package combination cannot be exchanged;
  • The Product to be exchanged has been paid in full;
  • The Product can only be exchanged for a product with the same list value in euros;
  • The ‘Step-by-Step Plan’ to be named has been followed completely and correctly;
  • In connection with the administrative handling, the delivery of the new product may take more than one working day;

** Credit Terms and Conditions

  • The returned Product has been received by us, no later than six months after delivery by us;
  • The percentage of the purchase price that we credit depends on the condition of the returned Product and the moment we receive the Product back from you after this Product has been delivered by us;
  • We do not credit for a Product purchased in a package combination;
  • Any shipping costs will not be credited;
  • The Product to be credited has been paid in full;
  • The ‘Step-by-Step Plan’ to be named has been followed completely and correctly;
  • Submitting a request for credit does not cancel an existing payment obligation. Only after you have received a credit note from us, your payment obligation in respect of the (partially) credited invoice is reduced by the amount of the credit.  

Step-by-step plan

  1. You notify us that you wish to return or exchange a Product. We are happy to record the reason for your wish and when the Product was delivered. You will receive a ticket number from us. You send the Product, securely packaged, and with the attachment of the packing slip, stating the ticket number, within 7 days of your notification to: MegaGen Benelux B.V., P.O. Box 649, 5000 AP Tilburg. Given the value, we always recommend to send items by mail registered/ insured.

  2. Your request will be processed when we have received the form and the product within 7 days after completing the digital form.

  3. We assess whether the credit or exchange requested by you meets the conditions. In anticipation of the outcome, you can order a new product if desired, stating the ticket number. To do this, please contact our customer service by telephone, available on +31 (0)88 848 41 00.

  4. You will receive a message from us containing the outcome of the investigation and a representation of the further processing, if this does not correspond to your request. Otherwise, you will receive the new product or the credit invoice, stating the ticket number.

General terms return and credit

These Return Terms replace previous versions of these Terms. The return and exchange options specified in the most recent version of the returns in these Return Terms are the only ones we offer. On www.megagen.nl/algemene-voorwaarden-megagen you will find the most recent version of these Return Conditions.

We may change the Return Conditions at any time or terminate the possibility of returning and/or exchanging stated therein.
