Procedure

Process steps for completing and submitting the guarantee form

1. Go to www.megagen.nl/garantieenservice, complete the form, and add any notes and photos.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
3. Within 7 days, send the sterilized product (with the ticket number) to: MegaGen Benelux B.V., P.O. Box 649, 5000 AP Tilburg. Ensure the package is well-protected and trackable.
4. If necessary, request a loaner kit through customer service (+31 (0)88 – 84 84 100). Fees apply.
5. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of receipt. We will review your request. You may order a replacement product in advance (which will be invoiced).
6. You will be notified of the outcome and further steps.
   • If approved: replacement product
   • If already ordered: the invoice will be credited
