What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders that we receive on working days before 16:00 will be dispatched the same day – provided that the products are in stock. If you order products that we do not have in stock, or if you order after 16:00, you will be immediately informed about an alternative delivery time. For more information about our delivery times, please refer to our customer service page Ordering.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped with PS nachtkoeriers as standard. This night courier delivers at night in both your closet and your mailbox and thanks to them we can guarantee that your order will be delivered on time if all products are in stock with us. If you want to send or receive your order differently, other provisions and guarantees apply. These are discussed individually. For more information about shipping, please refer to our customer service page Deliveries.

Where can I find the most recent price list?

The price list of MegaGen Benelux can be requested by sending an e-mail to sales@megagen.nl or sales@megagen.be. Or request an account for the E-Catalog and you will always have the most current prices available.

Why do my AnyRidge abutments come with two screws?

Our abutments from AnyRidge come with two screws. The blue screw is used for the model, the gold screw is used for the final placement. Both screws are, except for the color, identical.
