We go to great lengths every day to keep our agreements and promises to you. You can expect that from us and we are happy to do that! We would like to expect this from you as well. MegaGen uses a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date.
Does a payment not work out once? We think along with you. It can happen that a payment takes a while. We would like to receive a personal message from you (of course within the first invoice period), so that we know what is going on. If we do not receive a message from you or no payment, we are forced to call you or send you a payment reminder.
You will receive a payment discount of 2% if you authorize MegaGen to collect your invoices automatically. If you want to benefit from a 2% payment discount, you must authorize us for direct debit. To this end, we ask you to fill in the authorization form and return it by email to info@megagen.nl. Then the invoices are automatically transferred to MegaGen after 14 days, without you having to worry about it.
