Process steps for completing and submitting the guarantee form

1. Download the form at https://www.megagen.nl/garanties/
2. Fill out and save the form digitally
3. Email the completed form to sales@megagen.nl
4. You will receive a copy of your completed form by email with a ticket number
5. Print the form you received by email, include the ticket number and send it within 7 days, together with the sterilized and securely packed defective product to MegaGen Benelux B.V., PO Box 649, 5000 AP Tilburg
