If you place your order with us before 4 p.m. on weekdays, your order (provided the products are in stock and are standard products) will be shipped the same business day.
We work with the carriers PS Night Distribution, AGX and UPS. Depending on the size of the package and the logistical possibilities at your location, we choose the most appropriate shipping method.
After transfer to the carrier, we no longer have any influence on the final delivery time.
Yes. Our daily goal is to ship orders placed before 4 p.m. the same business day. However, it may happen that a product is out of stock or needs special ordering,* in which case we will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date. Of course, we will do everything possible to make the delivery as soon as possible.
Besides our regular night distribution via PS or AGX, we can also deliver during the day, for example via AGX day delivery or via UPS. The choice of carrier is determined based on package size and the available delivery options at your location.
AGX offers both day and overnight delivery. If day delivery is desirable or overnight delivery is not possible, we can use AGX as an alternative to other carriers.
UPS is used particularly when the package is too large for mailbox delivery or when an overnight locker is not available. If your order reaches us before 4 p.m., UPS usually delivers your order by 5 p.m. the next business day. For orders after 4 p.m., delivery follows on the next business day. You will be notified when your order is shipped via UPS.
For orders with a purchase value of less than €250.00 excluding VAT, we charge €7.50 excluding VAT for shipping and administrative costs via AGX or PS. If your order is shipped with UPS, a variable rate applies.
For orders with a purchase value of more than €250.00 excluding VAT, no shipping or administrative costs will be charged within the BeNeLux, unless you have specific shipping preferences. If you prefer a different shipping method than described above, we will always arrange this in consultation. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For shipments outside the BeNeLux, no shipping costs are charged for orders above €500.00 excluding VAT. For orders below this amount or in case of special shipping requests, rates will be agreed upon. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
*You will receive a direct message from us if we do not have products in stock. For example, we do not have products from EZ Plus and Rescue in stock as standard. If you still need products from EZ Plus or Rescue, we can of course order them for you (delivery time at least two weeks). You can also have the parts specially made by our partner Supra Solutions.
